If you decide to become a member of target neutral we will need to collect some personal information from you, this will include:

  • Car registration number and/or journey details, e.g. origin/destination airports
  • Name
  • Email address
  • Billing address
  • Payment method (card type)
  • Transaction details

BP processes your personal information in order to enter into the contract with you or to perform our obligations under the contract with you.

Please note that you will be invoiced by BP International Limited.

Who do we share your personal data with and where does it go?

Any transfer of personal information to this site will be secured by encryption.

We share your personal information with Worldpay to authenticate and process your payment card transaction. In addition to processing card payments, Worldpay check for fraudulent use and liaises with banks for credit limits and notification of lost and stolen cards / fraudulent use. It may transfer and process personal information outside the European Economic Area for these purposes. We also use the services of other third-party service providers to provide technical support.

How long do we keep your information?

We will only hold your information for a maximum of three years from the date of joining or subsequent purchase (whichever is later), after this time it will be deleted or aggregated so that it no longer identifies you.
